About Us
The rooms are on the first floor of the oldest house in the neighbourhood, once an inn and post station for travellers. We are close to the centre and train station (2.5 km), the Modena fair and the Modena Nord motorway exit, well connected by public transport with a bus stop right outside.
We heat water with solar panels and have installed photovoltaic panels for electricity. Some rooms have underfloor heating. The ceilings are typical Emilian style with exposed wooden beams and terracotta. In two rooms, we have preserved the original solid wood flooring. Three rooms have been recently frescoed. The furnishings are partly modern and partly from the 1940s.
